Do I need a Referral?
Initially no, you can gain care with any of our team without a referral, however you will need to pay the out of pocket amount. For us to be able to send invoices directly to you insurer, we will need a referral and claim number.

What To Expect:
Your first appointment focuses on understanding your injury, symptoms and work demands. After a thorough assessment, we will discuss your treatment options and create a personalised plan designed to support recovery, improve movement and help you return to work safely and confidently.
Depending on your needs, treatment may include hands-on care, rehabilitation exercises, mobility work, strengthening, taping, dry needling or advice to support recovery between appointments.
