Fees and Payment
Policy
Payment at Time of Service
-
All consultations and treatments must be paid in full on the day of your appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards, private health claiming, and cash.
Medicare Chronic Condition Management Plans (GPMP/CDM)
From 1 January 2026, this clinic does not bulk bill Medicare Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP / CDM) appointments for Chiropractic or Physiotherapy services.
-
The full consultation fee is payable at the time of your appointment.
-
Medicare rebates are processed on your behalf at the time of payment.
-
The current Medicare rebate for eligible GPCCMP services is $61.80.
-
Medicare rebates are determined by Medicare, not the clinic, and may change without notice.
-
Patients are responsible for any gap payment between the consultation fee and the Medicare rebate.
-
Please ensure you bring a valid Medicare card and a debit card for rebate processing
Concession Card Holders
-
To receive a concession rate, you must present a valid, asset-tested Centrelink Concession Card at your first appointment in 2026.
-
If the Health Care Card is issued in a child’s name, the concession will apply to that child only.
-
Concession rates cannot be applied retrospectively.
-
Concession eligibility may be checked periodically.
Fees, Reviews & Changes
All fees listed are effective from 1 January 2026.
-
Fees and policies may be reviewed and updated at any time without notice.
-
The fee applicable is the one current on the day the service is provided.
-
Current fees are available at reception and on our website.
Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy
-
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
-
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or not attended, will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
-
Cancellation fees apply regardless of concession status.
-
Cancellation fees are not claimable through Medicare, DVA, or private health funds.
Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)
-
Eligible DVA Gold Card holders may receive approved services billed directly to DVA.
-
A valid DVA referral and current eligibility are required at the time of the appointment.
-
Services must meet DVA clinical criteria to be claimable.
If a DVA claim is rejected or unpaid for any reason, including invalid referrals or eligibility issues, the full cost of the appointment becomes the responsibility of the patient.
Workers’ Compensation (WorkCover WA)
-
Workers’ Compensation appointments require a valid WorkCover WA claim number and current approved referral at the time of booking and on the day of the appointment.
-
Acceptance of WorkCover WA claims is subject to insurer approval, approved treatment plans, and applicable WorkCover WA clinical and fee schedule guidelines.
-
Services will be billed in accordance with WorkCover WA gazetted fees where applicable.
If a WorkCover WA claim is declined, delayed, reduced, or not paid for any reason — including incomplete documentation, expired referrals, lack of insurer approval, or claim disputes — the full cost of the appointment becomes the responsibility of the patient and is payable on the day of service.
