Teliah is an experienced soft tissue therapist with a strong passion for understanding the why behind persistent pain, tension, and inflammation. With a Diploma of Remedial Massage and years of hands-on experience, Teliah is known for taking the time to understand the bigger picture of your symptoms and tailoring care to suit your body, goals, and comfort levels.

To support the best outcomes, Teliah completes a thorough assessment and draws on a range of techniques including Myofascial/Functional Cupping, Cross Fiber Friction, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy, Pin and Stretch, Muscle Energy Technique (MET), and Mobilisations.

Teliah is highly skilled at achieving meaningful results without excessive discomfort and is particularly known for adapting her approach, technique, and pressure to suit your presentation and how your body is responding on the day.

She has also completed further studies in Pregnancy Massage and Optimal Maternal Positioning and is passionate about the role of fascia, pelvic mobility, and balance in pregnancy, labour, and postpartum care.

As part of Teliah’s ongoing professional development and advanced study, she is increasingly focusing on chronic pain management for inflammatory conditions, with a special interest in lymphedema and complex presentations. Due to this evolving specialty area, Teliah is no longer offering general remedial massage appointments and is transitioning toward more specialised care to ensure patients receive the most appropriate support for their needs.
